By using this site you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content beyond standard search-engine indexing.

Reservations and lease

Submitting a reservation request does not create a lease. A unit is reserved only after we confirm availability and you sign our written rental agreement. The rental agreement governs access, payment, default, insurance, and termination — these website terms do not modify it.

Tenant portal

You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hello@divinepremiumflex.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability shown on this site are estimates and may change without notice. The price in your signed rental agreement is the controlling price.

Disclaimer and liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Premium Flex Spaces is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Scott County, Iowa.
