What hours can I access my unit?+
Tenants get 24/7 PIN-coded gate access, every day of the year. The leasing office is open Mon–Fri 9a–5p.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage?+
Our flex bays are insulated and stay temperature-stable year round. Standard drive-up units are not climate controlled.
What's the minimum lease term?+
Month-to-month. Stay as long or as short as you need.
Is there a deposit?+
A small refundable deposit is collected at move-in. No setup or admin fees.
Do I need insurance?+
Tenant insurance is required and can usually be added through your homeowners or renters policy. Low-cost options available at signup.
Can I run a business from a flex bay?+
Yes — our flex bays are zoned for light commercial use. Power, 240V option, and high doors included.
What can't I store?+
No hazardous, flammable, perishable, or living items. See your lease for specifics.
How do I pay my monthly bill?+
Online through the tenant portal once your management portal access is set up. Auto-pay is encouraged.
